Buttercream Cakes
Our cake is made with thoughtfully selected ingredients, using a blend of half‑organic components and minimal additives to ensure a clean, natural taste. We prepare our signature meringue buttercream with aquafaba instead of egg, combined with high quality butter, creating an exceptionally smooth and elegant flavour.

Dietary Requirements
As all of our cakes are custom‑made, please let us know if you have a preferred flavour or any special ingredients you’d like included. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, some flavour options are limited as we choose to avoid using margarines and shortenings.
Please also note that our kitchen handles wheat, nuts, dairy, and soy. We take extra care to minimise cross‑contamination if you need to avoid any of these ingredients.
Fondant Cakes
Fondant cakes are typically made with a rich mud cake base, which keeps well at room temperature. All of our cakes are made from scratch using a blend of organic ingredients and other high‑quality components, also minimise additives.
For covering/decorating cakes, we use premium Bakels Pettinice RTR Icing, known for its smooth texture and excellent performance in both covering cakes and creating detailed decorations.
Reduce cruelty
At our establishment, we strive to minimize the use of eggs and dairy products in our recipes. We are delighted to incorporate plant-based milk and eggless buttercream when possible, but we also recognize that certain recipes perform best with traditional ingredients like eggs and butter. Our goal is to balance taste and quality while being mindful of dietary preferences. Thank you for understanding our commitment to thoughtful ingredient choices!
Colors
We work with a wide range of both regular and natural colours to create stunning cakes. If you prefer exclusively natural colours, please let us know. Natural shades are available in pink, yellow, orange, and brown, which suit most designs beautifully. Blue and green are also available, though only in lighter tones.
